Meds Click Hub gives his/her customers a variety of delivery modes as displayed on the checkout page along with free delivery options (in case applicable). We also have an overnight delivery option with the help of USPS. The other courier partners include UPS and DHL Express.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or expired product, you may request a return within 7 business days of delivery. While such issues are rare, we are committed to resolving them promptly. Approved refunds will be processed within three working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided you present a valid prescription, proof of delivery, and accurate payment details.
